MILITARY SPOKESMAN SAMARASINGHE PROMOTED

Brigadier Prasad Samarasinghe who assumed duties today as the Military Spokesman has been promoted to the rank of Major General with immediate effect. He has also been appointed as the Chief Signaling Officer.
